The International Network Of People Who Use Drugs

INPUD vzw, an international network of People Who Use Drugs, is the first registered international organization of Drug User Activists, with many aims and activities in the field of advocacy.

As legitimate DU Advocates working at international level with personal experience of the level of human rights violations, stigma and discrimination in drug user community worldwide, we invite all users and civil society activists who support our vision to become members of INPUD. The ground condition for membership is to approve and adopt our 2 main documents, INPUD is build upon:

-          The Vancouver Declaration

-          The Statutes of INPUD vzw

INPUD membership application form

Note: The procedure for becoming effective members of the association is clearly described in the statutes.

Other main administrative documents equally important to the ones above are:

-

The latest change, still not included yet in the statutes, is the decision to allow the registration of sub divisions of the association. Any INPUD member can apply to the INPUD administration/the head office to register an INPUD regional department e.g.  multinational nonprofit association or regional office.

The approval of the applications is of competence and the authority of the both -  INPUD board and INPUD General Assembly.
